Penile Lengthening and Enlargement

Surgical penile lengthening often involves the use of ligamentotomy. The essence of the operation lies in increasing the visible part of the penis by reducing its hidden part. This is achieved by cutting a part of the ligamentous apparatus that holds the penis in the pelvic area.

Non-surgical methods of penile lengthening include the use of a special device called an extender. This method is based on the physiological response of living tissue to the stretching force. Any part of the human body subjected to stretching responds to it by accelerated cell division and tissue volume increase.

The most effective approach is considered to be a combined one. First, a surgical operation is performed, followed by the application of an extender. The effectiveness of this method is due to the fact that after ligamentotomy, the "hidden" part of the penis is released, allowing the extender to affect a larger volume of tissue. This, in turn, contributes to achieving more significant results.
